Ticket Printing Instructions

Trinity Tickets allows you to purchase your ticket online. Once your purchase is complete, we will send you a link allowing you to print out a QR-coded ticket directly from your personal computer or smart phone. At most shows you can even open the email on your smart phone and have it scanned right from your screen. Each Print@Home Ticket will be scanned for a single entrance to the event. The QR-code prevents duplicate entry. The Print@Home ticket is available for all events. Venues and promoters can use any Smart Phone, IPad or IPod Touch and have full scanning capability.

How To Print Your Tickets From Your Computer:

1. From your computer click the blue download tickets button.
2. This will open your download in a new screen. Click the blue button to print your tickets.
3. We created your account during your purchase. Your email address is your User Name and we emailed you a temporary password. You can also Sign Into Your Account Here with your email and temporary password and print your tickets.
4. If you are still having issues printing your tickets email support@trinitytickets.com and we will give you a hand.


How To Print Your Tickets From Your Email:

1. Check your email inbox for your Trinity Tickets Ticket Receipt, if you don't see it in your In Box be sure to check your Spam Folder.
2. Once you find the email click the download tickets button in the bottom left corner.
3. Your tickets will open in a new window, then click the blue button to print your tickets.

How To Login To Your Account For The First Time:

1. Check your email inbox for your Trinity Tickets account created email, if you don't see it in your In Box be sure to check your Spam Folder.
2. Your user name will be your email address. We provide you with a temporary password for your first login.
3. Click the login link in the email.
4. Once you are on the login screen you will be asked to change your login password.
5. Enter your old password first (temporary password) then create your new password and enter it twice. Now you can login to your account anytime with your email address and new password.
6. If you lose/forget your new password click the red Forgot your password link to create a new one.
